Horizons Symposium on Heat Transfer in Environmental Technologies
Postponed: Stay tuned for new dates later in 2020
Our Horizons Symposium will provide a platform for industry, academia, and government research staff to network, discuss problems, and propose solutions for heat transfer in environmental technology applications. This two-day event will feature presentations and panel sessions on
- WATER QUALITY: Desalination, wastewater treatment, zero liquid discharge systems, water fouling
- AIR QUALITY: Carbon capture, sulfur reduction, indoor air quality, combustion systems NOx reduction, alternative refrigerants
- RENEWABLE ENERGY: Geothermal, direct solar thermal, wind, ocean thermal, fuel cells
Horizons Symposiums, established and held in the early 1990s, were well received, with diverse topics that created a collaborative environment and generated new research and development opportunities. We look forward to the return of this symposium.
