HTRI’s Technical Support team assists members in realizing the full benefits of their membership by helping them install and use our software, interpret HTRI reports, and understand software methods. We have added a new process to gain feedback on the quality of our technical responses.
Those submitting a Technical Support Inquiry will receive an email five days after their inquiry resolution inviting them to take a one-question survey online. Survey responses will be used to make ongoing improvements to the member experience.
