HTRI has released Xfh^® Ultra, the first of a new generation of standalone HTRI software modules. Xfh Ultra is a general-purpose fired heater modeling tool. It simulates firebox heat transfer using a single-zone model, a well-established and practical approach with the flexibility to handle most fired heater configurations.

The product uses the latest best practices for software design and modular architecture for faster processing speeds. The graphical interface makes it easy for users to set up cases quickly, and an interactive fired heater diagram simplifies the setup of complex stream and coil connections.
