Technical support is available from all HTRI locations, as well as from representatives in Italy and South Africa.

E-mail is preferred. In your message, please include

  1. your complete name, as well as your company name and address
  2. a full description of the issue in question
  3. (if applicable) a copy of the Xchanger Suite file, supporting documentation, and screenshots of any error messages generated by our software

We strive to respond to all inquiries within three (3) business days following receipt. If any exception is necessary (for example, to allow additional time to analyze complex issues), we will send an interim notice providing the expected date of our final response.
