Technical Committee
The Technical Committee (TC) recommends to the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) an annual Technical Operating Plan (TOP) for approval. The TOP is developed primarily by the staff, with input and guidance from the Technical Committee, Task Forces, Communication Committees, and the membership as a whole. Once approved, the TOP is forwarded to the Board of Directors for ratification. The TC chair and vice chair serve three-year terms.
