The Annual Meeting of Stockholders is commonly held in conjunction with the North American Meeting. Notice of upcoming meetings is distributed electronically to stockholders no more than sixty days and at least twenty days before the meeting. Results of the election of the HTRI Board of Directors and Technical Committee are announced at the meeting.
