The Plate-Fin Exchanger Task Force (PFETF) was formed to facilitate communication between HTRI staff and industrial users and manufacturers of brazed aluminum plate-fin heat exchangers with the goals of increasing the quality of HTRI’s new module, Xpfe, for simulating plate-fin exchangers and advising HTRI on the development of an experimental and theoretical plate-fin exchanger research program.
