HTRI Releases R-trend

College Station, Texas, USA
April 16, 2007

HTRI has just released a useful new tool for analyzing the performance of shell-and-tube exchangers.

HTRI R-trend™ calculates and trends the fouling resistance for shell-and-tube heat exchangers in single-phase service. R-trend can operate with Xist to calculate clean coefficients or without Xist in a standalone mode. Designed to support embedded operation, this new tool can automatically import process data and trend fouling resistances over time.

More information about R-trend and its capabilities is available on www.HTRI.net. Current HTRI members and licensors may obtain R-trend without additional fee. Contact HTRI@HTRI.net to request a copy of this software.
